Support Small Groups

Troubles test our faith. Not only do they test it, but also exercise it, helping it to grow. We know how exercise works with the physical body. As we exercise, the resistance of the weight causes the muscles to stretch to their limits. They get torn down, and in the process of their recovery, their size and strength increases. The next time, they are able to easily withstand that same resistance, and even more, as the process is practiced over and over again. That is how muscle size and physical strength are increased. If the body is receiving a proper diet, with exercise, it will grow stronger.

These real-life trials, and real-life tribulations, have the potential to cause significant trauma in our lives.  God has placed a measure of faith in each of us, enough to enable us to reach out in response to God’s call. God has given us what we need to get right. If we utilize the measure of faith God has placed with-in, it will be like a seed that begins to grow. And as we feed it with God’s truth, and exercise it with life’s trials, it will grow.

About the Program:
"Clear the Air"

A unique program to help you become SMOKE-FREE FOR LIFE! A FREE 6-session group program led by experts who understand why you smoke.

The program uses a positive behavioral change approach that teaches you how to become a nonsmoker for good. You’ll get special attention in developing your own quitting plan, learn ways to deal with and manage your recovery symptoms, weight, stress and much more.

For many smokers, especially those who have tried to quit before, group support can make the difference in helping to stay smoke-free. FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches and gum) may be available to those who qualify.
